Premise A haunted, long-abandoned intercity train—once part of a now-defunct cross-country rail line—restarts its route at midnight. Passengers who board find themselves trapped on a looping journey through liminal landscapes where the boundaries between memory, regret, and the physical world dissolve. Each car manifests a different passenger’s unresolved trauma; the train itself is an entity that feeds on confession and fear. As the ride progresses, a small group of survivors must piece together the train’s origin and a ritual to stop it before dawn, when it reaches a metaphysical station that consumes souls.
