The village is preparing for the upcoming Holi festival, and Abhishek gets involved in the celebrations. He also tries to resolve a land dispute between two villagers.
Abhishek visits the local school and is disheartened by its poor condition. He decides to take action and meet with the school's headmaster, Pintoo (played by Shailesh Lodhi).
Abhishek is surprised to learn that he has been posted in Phulera, a remote village in Rajasthan, instead of his preferred location. He meets the village head, Manju Devi (played by Chanchal Chowdhary), and the local MLA, Bhanu Bhaiya (played by Raghubir Yadav).
